DVD INFORMATION
October 18, 2003: The complete Season Two
box set will be out in the UK on November 3rd. There will be several new to Region Two
features including five - count 'em - five commentaries. However two of the commentaries

October 10, 2003: Thanks to everyone who voted
in our Save Aeryn poll, Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun
action figure is "on the water". In other words, she's been shipped and will
be available either later in October or early in November! We have some exclusive images
of the figure in our Action Figure News pages.
In other action figure news, we've learned that Plush
Rygel still has a chance. Toy Vault
needs a retail partner. They're "taking it to toy fair, to see if they can get any
retailer to commit to a print run."

SEASON 4 US & SEASON 3 AUSTRALIA DVD RELEASE
October
8, 2003 UPDATE: Season 3 will be released in Australia (Region 4) today. There are
several extras that weren't on the Region 1 or 2 disks. Click

ADV has scheduled the release
of the first of the Season Four DVDs. It will be available in December and contain the
first five episodes of Season Four: Crichton
Kicks, What Was Lost, Parts I & 2, "Lava's a Many Splendored Thing, and
Promises. The SRP is $39.98.
SEASON FOUR TRADING CARD EXPANSION SET
September 27, 2003: Rittenhouse
Archives is now offering an expansion to their Season Four Farscape ArtiFex cards. There
are nine parallel cards in the set, each signed by Virginia Hey. Only 60 of these
sets are available at a retail price of $250. Originally the cards were slated to be
included in the Season Four set, but there was so much complaining from collectors due
to the scarcity of the cards that the set was held back, although the Zhaan card was
included in the original release at the rate of 1 in 480 packs. Click

SCI FI MAY SUE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
October 22, 2003: This one falls
into the You've Got to Be Kidding Me department. According to E Online, the Sci Fi
Channel is looking to force the government to release documents pertaining to the

CLAUDIA TO VOICE LORDS OF EVERQUEST
September 24, 2003: Claudia Black will join
several other genre stars in voicing Sony Online Entertainment's Lords of Everquest,

SCI-FI NOW OWNED BY NBC UNIVERSAL
October 9, 2003: After months of
negotiations, General Electric and Vivendi have signed a definitive agreement. The new
company, NBC Universal, will be 80% owned by GE and 20% by Vivendi Universal

MSNBC SAYS SCIFI NEEDS ITS OWN EMMY CATEGORIES
September 25, 2003: Farscape got a tiny mention
in an article about the Emmy Awards at MSNBC's website. The author, Sarah D. Bunting,
believes that the awards are out of date and that some new categories need to be added -
for example specific awards for scifi and crime/cop shows. Click here

TASCAPE RETURNS FOR THE THIRD YEAR
September 13, 2003: Australia's Farscape
convention, TaScape, will be returning to Sydney on January 16-18, 2004. Cast
